“Never have I thought I would be able to find authentic Malaysian-style Indian food in Canada, but I had it here. The food was very authentic both in taste and presentation, and if it weren’t for the snowy street outside, I would’ve very well thought I was at a restaurant back home in Singapore. The food was so good that I returned two days later for more — and the staff remembered me!!! The Nasi Kandar (which is only served on Saturdays) was so huge in portion that I had to pack the leftover and had it for lunch the next day — and it still tasted so good! Amazing price - portion - quality...”
“Cravings satisfied! Tried their Nasi Lemak and Rendang for take out last February and back for Nasi goreng today and it hits the spot. The Nasi lemakis as what you expect from a Malasian cook, rice fluppy and the the sambal is just at the right spicinness - being heat tolerance has reduced over the years. The Rendang rempah is more on the mamak version, less sweet and more savory but you can taste the kunyit leaves which was missing on other restaurant that serves rendang. The nasi goreng was wow all the anchovies really makes it kampung style just missing the chopped chili padi but the...”
“Unassuming, hole in the wall restaurant. Nasi lemak didn’t disappoint. Sambal legit. Two good size chicken (2 drum 1 thigh), generous ikan billis, 1 egg, peanuts, cucumber and the coconut rice. So big plate even my teenage son couldn’t finish. Totally worth the $19.95cad. In the states, it would be US$20 with half an egg, only 1 piece of meat and maybe 2-3 slices of cucumber, and half the ikan billis and nuts. For nut allergy, they can put the nuts on the side. Next time, we’ll order 1 nasi lemak plus extra meat that would be enough for two persons. Actually next time, we’ll try the...”
“Fresh and very tasty nasi lemak, beef rendang. is really just as tasty as back in Malaysia. I hope malaysian restaurants overseas should reduce their menu item and focus what they do best. This restaurant only have a few malaysian dishes but is very good. No complain 5/5 I also spoke japanese with the japanese worker, the owners and the worker are very nice. I hope they eventually moved to bigger place so I can bring my Quebecois friends over 😋 I will definitely come back to try the Sri Lankan counterpart!”
“This is a small casual eatery. Malay dishes and some Malay style South Indian. It’s tasty and a different experience for me. I like South Indian and this is similar but with a twist. Example a nice touch to include fried anchovy in the veggies. The chicken 65 and the Saturday special plate was really good. Portions are good. Chicken roll delicious and less spicy than in some Sri Lankan restaurants. Generally this is spicy food but manageable.. and can’t wait to try the nasi lemak.”

“Nous nous sommes arrêtés là vendredi le 15 mai 2026 pour dîner vers 15h, nous étions surpris de la taille du resto, mais ne vous arrêtez pas à çà, c' est délicieux! Nous avons pris l' assiette de crevettes avec légumes, riz et nouilles avec un lait yogourt aux mangues:fantastique!”

“Finally found a good place for Nasi Lemak in Montreal! We took the Nasi Lemak, Rendang Ayam Beef and the Chicken Noodles and they were all delicious! The hospitality we got from the owners was amazing, they were so nice to us. Honestly, it’s totally worth it to go support them, good food and good people! We’ll be back for sure! ❤️”

“La saveur des plats a redonné de la couleur à ma vie monotone de Montréal. Les plats étaient copieux, savoureux et le gérant du restaurant très accueillant. Passez y faire un tour ;)”
“This might be what home might feel like. I am not Sri Lankan nor Malaysian but this restaurant and its owners brought me and my friend a newfound sense of belonging and warmth. The food was high in quality, good and with generous portions The atmosphere almost felt like eating food cooked by your grandmother. The owners are absolute gems! This is a must in Montreal”
“Very good food.. Nice options with very good service.. Must try SriLankan and Malaysian fusion foods...”
“The Nasi Lemak here is LEGIT. I am originally from Singapore and I am so happy this place exists and does authentic nasi lemak so well. Will be back for more, especially to try their nasi kandar and rendang”
“Authentic nasi lemak. The rice was so flavourful and you could taste the aroma of the coconut. Everything blended well together. Lassi drink was great too. Owners were friendly and welcoming.”
